Rowing is the whole body telling one story; the Citadel is the instrument that keeps the plot straight — silent enough for apartments, honest enough for erg tests.

The drivetrain is engineered with our European technology partners around one requirement: silence under load. Motors, belts and bearings are specified for commercial duty cycles, then insulated and balanced until a hard interval disturbs nobody in the next room.

Delivered, assembled and calibrated by our own engineers. A remote-diagnostics link resolves most questions the same day, and preventive service is scheduled around your routine, not ours. No subscriptions are required for any core function.

Does it require a subscription?
No — every core function works without any subscription. The console is an open platform, and software updates are free for the life of the machine.

Can it track heart rate?
Yes — consoles pair with standard chest straps and wrist devices over Bluetooth and ANT+; no proprietary lock-ins.
