Smart loading is a library, not a single book — the Bernina adds the volume your joints will thank you for, built to the same standard as our straight bars.

We machine, weld and finish in our own European workshops, to tolerances borrowed from industries where failure is not a word: bushings pressed to a sliding fit, pivots aligned by fixture, hardware torque-specified and marked. The result moves like an instrument and wears like a bridge.

• Precision-ground alloy steel shaft with tensile strength stated, not implied
• Hard chrome or black e-coat finish over polished steel

• Sleeves on hardened bushings or needle bearings, spin tuned to purpose

Care & Maintenance

The finish system shrugs off chalk, sweat and knocks; mild soap and water is all it ever needs. An annual service — pivots, cables, upholstery fixings — can be performed by your team with the supplied guide or booked with a SELVARNE technician. Spare-part availability is guaranteed for 15 years.

Fully insured across the EU with careful packaging. Weight sets arrive on rated pallets, positioned where you want them, never simply left at a kerb.
